The Skyscraper Wonder Woman

For copyright reasons I'm not able to post the entirety of this story without being a bad net citizen.  So I'm skipping past the first third of this issue and getting right to the giant Wonder Woman action.  For those who want to know what happens to set this cover up I can sum it up in two words -- alien shenanigans.

People unfamiliar with Silver Age Wonder Woman should know that Wonder Girl was Wonder Woman as a girl.  Like Superboy was Superman as a boy.  When another writer was looking to expand the Teen Titans he got that mixed up and thought that Wonder Girl was Wonder Woman's sidekick like Aqualad was to Aquaman.  That led to a lot of continuity issues when they finally figured out what they'd done.

Doll Man: Queen Mab

Another golden age Doll Man story courtesy of Comic Book Plus.  This time around our hero meets a lady crime boss who just happens to be amazingly tiny.  And gorgeous.  Not that the latter is a huge surprise for comics.  Fans of Shakespeare please forgive the spelling of the villainess' name.

The Brain Of Cyrus Smythe

Sizeplay in old comics isn't that strange.  Sooner or later just about any super hero got into the act.  Even Plastic Man in this 1942 issue of Police Comics.  The one is the first that I've come across that actually features attempted vore.

As always thanks to Comic Book Plus for the public domain scans.
